Where we ship

Neqavelli currently serves customers in the United States and Europe. Delivery options, costs, and estimated transit times may differ by destination, so please check the information available for your location at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated delivery time

After processing, the estimated transit time is 8–12 business days. Your total expected wait is therefore the processing time plus the transit time.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, incorrect, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us with your order number, delivery address, and a description of the issue. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the details and advise on the next steps.
